Kelly
Lance RN, BSN, CNLCP, is the founder of Kelynco and
the profession of Nurse Life Care Planning. She founded
the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners,
AANLCP, in 1998 and served as the Executive Director
of AANLCP until retiring in January 2007. She now
carries the title of Executive Director Emeritus.
Kelly shares her commitment to Nurse Life Care Planning
in her practice as a Nurse Life Care Planner and passion
for the profession in the Life Care Planning courses
she teaches to nurses.
Founded
in 1994, Kelynco brings the expertise and the experience
necessary to develop Life Care Plans based on the
individual needs of the client. All consultants working
for Kelynco are certified as Nurse Life Care Planners
(CNLCP) and are licensed as Registered Nurses. Kelynco
nurses have the education and licensure to perform
a medical assessment using a holistic approach.
Kelynco
specializes in high profile cases. Kelynco is retained
to work for plaintiff & defense attorneys, insurance
companies, structured settlement companies, third
party administrators, and individuals.

Life
Care Plans
Used
primarily for catastrophic injuries in a variety of
settings. Life Care Plans are used to determine damages
in the litigation process.
Disability
Cost Analysis:
Similar to the Life Care Plan, the Disability Cost
Analysis projects and estimates medical care and equipment
based on a limited injury. Commonly used for Mediation
purposes and Worker's Compensation to set reserves
for a certain number of years.
Medical
Fact Witness:
Experts will compile a chronology and explain the
medical history with slides and pictures to assist
the jury in understanding the medical injuries in
trial.
Case
Management:
Over 14 years experience coordinating and recommending
care for clients with a catastrophic injury. Report
formats are tailored to your needs. All case managers
are registered nurses.
